Thoughts

Dear Mo, You really were and still are my inspiration. You were always happy, kind, caring, loving and just an overall amazing person. I can’t think of enough positive words to describe you, you were just you - perfect! I will treasure the memories we have together and as a family. All the Christmas’s and New Years days we spent as a family. We didn’t need presents and food (even though we had lots of them), just your company and the laughs we shared were enough. I will always, always try to have your policy of an open door. I have learnt thousands of things from you, always be kind, always smile, believe in yourself, you can never eat too many biscuits, love everyone no matter what, love God and remember his love for you, never go to sleep on argument but if for whatever reason we do, then always know that we still love each other. Hurt yourself sweets and a kiss work better than any plaster or bandage. You will be remembered for your kind and loving nature but some of the funny things are for your Mo’s Mini, how many sugars you had in your tea, how many times you could bump a car and still drive it round (I’m sure the back gates and sainsburys car park post remember that), for ALWAYS having a full tin of biscuits and most of all for always making us laugh whether it be your reenacting voice of tweety pie or playing Christmas games! You welcomed absolutely everyone into your home with a loving and warm hug (something I will treasure forever, if only I could have one more) and they always left your house smiling. A good old game of ‘sorryyyyyyy’ sat in front of the fire with a cup of tea always seemed to fix things, as well as a bowl of cheddar gorgeous soup - oh how I will miss that! You touched so many peoples lives and helped so many people in so many different ways, if I can be half the woman you were, I’ll be happy. Go and have fun with your Johnny, Monica and all your friends and family up there. Have a Sherry for me 🥂. Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are the the end. They simply mean I’ll miss you until we meet again. I’ll love you forever and always. See you in Heaven😇💞. Your treasure number 4 - Joanna 😘.

So many beautiful memories from the times I visited from the other side of the world. From the day Joanna turned 22 (the first 2 cake didn't work out and even the bird's in Mo's garden wouldn't eat it), to waking me up to pass a Christmas tree through the front window in my underwear early January, "come on Cameron" and to the immense love that she showed to her family and friends. A loving Aunt that will be missed.
